Mike Cullen is the Senior Director, World Wide Staffing and Executive Search at EMC Corporation, the world leader in information storage. Cullen, who joined EMC in May of 2000, is responsible for EMC’s worldwide recruiting as well as Executive Search and employment-related functions for the company’s more than 17,000 employees. Cullen reports to Jack Mollen, EMC’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. Mr. Cullen joined EMC after spending 10 plus years in two large retained search firms in New York.
Cullen graduated Summa Cum Laude from the State University of New York at Purchase with a BA degree in Communications and is currently pursuing his MBA at Northeastern University.
